1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

• • Technical Failure on Our End: If the product fails due to our development or infrastructure, you are eligible for a full refund upon verification.
• • No Refunds for User Issues: If the problem exists on your system, hardware, software conflicts, or improper usage, no refund will be issued. Our team will provide free support to resolve the issue instead.
• • No Compatibility Refunds: If the product is incompatible with your system or setup, this is not grounds for a refund.

2. Refund Request Process

You must contact us directly via a support ticket BEFORE initiating any refund or chargeback. This is a mandatory step. Our support team will:

• • Diagnose and attempt to resolve your issue at no cost
• • Determine whether you qualify for a refund
• • Process legitimate refunds within 5-7 business days

Refund requests made without prior support tickets will be denied.

3. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are considered disputes and will be actively contested. Our team maintains specialized expertise in refund dispute resolution. Any chargeback initiated will result in:

• • Immediate account suspension and access revocation
• • Permanent blacklist from future purchases
• • Full dispute defense with payment processors

Pursuing a chargeback instead of contacting support is a violation of these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

• • You are solely responsible for the use of this product
• • You assume all legal and account risk associated with usage
• • You will not share, resell, or distribute your access
• • You agree to use this product in compliance with all applicable laws

5. Product License

Access to Acerus is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Acerus is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any damages, bans, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of this product. Use at your own risk and discretion.

7. Account Security

Your account is your responsibility. Protect your access credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials or security breaches on your end.

8. Support and Updates

We provide community support through our Discord server during specified hours. Updates and maintenance may occur without notice. We reserve the right to modify, disable, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Reverse Engineering & Tampering

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with Acerus constitutes a critical violation. Such actions will result in:

• • Immediate account suspension and permanent blacklist
• • Permanent restriction from all future access and purchases
• • Full legal pursuit and applicable jurisdiction action

9. Reverse Engineering & Tampering

Acerus is engineered to be irreversible. Our architecture is purpose-built to prevent analysis, decomposition, and tampering. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or alter the binary will result in immediate detection and account termination.

Packed with Themida. Every installation is packed using Themida, industry-leading code protection. This adds multiple layers of encryption, anti-debugging measures, and obfuscation that make static analysis impossible. The binary is virtualized—even if someone managed to extract it, they would find only obfuscated virtual machine bytecode, not executable logic.

Loader-based approaches are ineffective. A loader won't decrypt, expose, or bypass the core functionality. You won't get anything from a loader because our code is inherently obfuscated and polymorphic—unique per user, unique per build. Static analysis fails. Dynamic analysis fails. You cannot extract meaningful code.

Common Injection Methods Will Fail:

• • DLL Injection: Themida's anti-tampering and polymorphic code make this approach futile
• • Process Hollowing: Virtualized code detection triggers immediate termination
• • API Hooking: Themida's API hooking detection system catches any hooks instantly
• • Loader Wrappers: Attempting to wrap or modify a Themida-protected and Custom encryption binary triggers immediate termination
• • Debuggers: We also have another layer of protection against debugger detection, mostly any debugger will get caught
• • Kernel Level Hooks: Any injection even at the kernel level will be detected and blocked

Why Loaders Cannot Access Core Functionality:

• • Themida virtualization encodes all critical code paths in virtual machine bytecode
• • Per-user cryptographic keys mean each installation is uniquely encrypted
• • Anti-debugging triggers terminate execution if any debugger is detected
• • Polymorphic obfuscation changes every build—no two installations are identical
• • Kernel-level monitoring combined with Themida protection creates multi-layer detection

We are irreversible by design.

• • Attempting to reverse engineer constitutes a critical violation
• • Immediate account suspension and permanent blacklist
• • Permanent restriction from all future access and purchases
• • Full legal pursuit and applicable jurisdiction action
